Illuminair Support Corporation is a FAA 145 and EASA Repair Station consisting of two integrated and efficient areas: Electronic and Electro-Mechanical.

Our repair departments are directed by licensed electrical engineers, with extensive technical knowledge, and more than 80 years of combined technical experience.

Our facility specializes in testing, repairing, overhauling and modifying electronic and electro-mechanical component parts for a broad range of airplane fleets.

We provide the highest quality repair work in the industry. All our work is performed under careful supervision with strict quality control criteria. Our motto is “Quality without Compromise”.

Warranty

Illuminair Support Corporation tests, repairs and overhauls electronic and electro-mechanical component parts for a variety of airplane fleets.

Warranty Service does not include failures of repairs caused by:

• Defects due to tampering
• Improper use or handling
• Improper storage or operation
• Article not maintained in accordance with the published instruction.
• Any attempt to repair clearly defective units.

Illuminair Support offers separate overhaul warranties for Electro-Mechanical and Electronic.

Bench Test and Certifications

Units bench tested and found to be within tolerance as described by the manufacturer specifications will have no implied warranty.

Repair

Illuminair Support Corp.’s responsibility hereunder is conditioned on defects becoming apparent within six (6) months from date of shipment of such item for the first user. This warranty does not give full coverage on any failure during this time of period, but is limited to the repair and replacement of the parts and/or subassemblies replaced during the period service action.

Overhaul

Illuminair Support Corp.’s responsibility hereunder is conditioned on defects becoming apparent within sixteen (16) months from date of shipment of such item to the first user. This warranty covers labor and parts previously replaced by ISC at time of overhaul. The sixteen (16) month warrantee is only applicable for Electro-Mechanical components. All Electronic components have a one (1) year full warranty.
